Charming house located in a quiet cul-de-sac, perfect for a pleasant stay! Spread over two levels, it includes:
* a master bedroom upstairs with a double bed;
* a second bedroom with a double bed;
* a third bedroom with a trundle bed;
* two functional bathrooms;
* a dining area with table and chairs;
* and a living room to relax after a day of sightseeing.
The house is bright and comfortable, and fully air-conditioned.
The kitchen is very well equipped. The garden features a front terrace and a rear terrace, allowing you to enjoy both sun and shade throughout the day. Golf enthusiasts will be delighted, as the golf course is nearby, and for boating lovers, the port is also just a short distance away. For your comfort, you will have access to: garage, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, fan, barbecue, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, etc. Bed linen and towels are provided. The property is located close to many restaurants.
The beach is a 5-minute walk away (400 meters), and the centre of La Napoule with its shops and SNCF train station is less than a 5-minute walk away. Once there, if you arrive by car, you won’t need it anymore and can leave it parked in the driveway. A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each stay. Idéalement située. Très bien équipée. Terrasses très agréables. Bonne disposition des espaces on était très confortable à 6.
