## Logement
Warm and well appointed, the apartment includes:
- three bedrooms, one on the mezzanine with 1 double bed and two bedrooms with 1 double bed each;
- a shower room;
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- and a living room to relax after a day of walking.
The following equipment will be at your disposal: Hair dryer, Television, Dishwasher, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven.
It should be noted that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
One of the assets of the accommodation is its location very close to the city of Saint-Malo (21 minutes away) and to the hypercenter where you will find everything you need (restaurants and shops).
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the famous places that make the reputation of the city such as
- the Church of Notre Dame d'Emeraude, 5 minutes away by car;
- the Prieuré Beach and the Villa Les Roches Brunes at 6 minutes;

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement confortable et bien équipé.

Bel emplacement près de la mer, que l’on voit d’ailleurs sur le côté depuis le balcon. Il faut aimer la vue sur un stade, mais au moins pas de vis-à-vis. Appartement lumineux et confortable. Bien équipé. Beaucoup de vaisselle ce qui est plutôt rare. Le balcon est très appréciable.
