Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, it includes:

All amenities are nearby: - casino, restaurants, beach club for children - There's a bakery down the building. The market is located on the Place des Marquises (Tuesday to Sunday and every day in summer). It should be noted that there is a sale of oysters and roast chicken on Sundays. Sites of interest to visit: - Jetée Thiers 5 minutes by bike; - the Quarter of the Winter City at 6 minutes; - the Parc Mauresque 8 minutes away; - the Sainte-Cécile Observatory 10 minutes away; and many more... L'appartement est bien situé,propre, bien équipé. Le couchage n'est pas confortable et l'appartement n'est pas en front de mer.

Positive:
Majoituspaikan sijainti oli todella hyvä ja parvekkeelta näkymät Arcachonin lahdelle. Pyykinpesumahdollisuus oli ehdottomasti hieno asia.
Negative:
Siellä oli hieman likainen haju, puhtaus ei ollut hintaan nähden sopusuhtainen. Käsisaippua loppui ja vessanpesuainetta ei ollut.
