The Cocoonr / Book&pay agency offers this charming house with mountain views for rent in the commune of La Bourboule, around 20 minutes' drive from the ski resort, which is also accessible by shuttle bus. With a surface area of around 90 m2, it can accommodate up to 6 travellers. It comprises an attractive living room of around 25 m2 overlooking the garden, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom. There is also a private garden of around 150 m2. Wifi, bed linen and towels are included: we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises :
Ground floor :
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190) and TV
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: a single bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with bath and WC
Garden level:
- A 25 m² kitchen/dining room.
- Fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC with bathroom sink.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed and private garden of 150 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather facing the Charlannes mountain.
The house is ideally located in La Bourboule, in very pleasant surroundings:
- Close to the town centre and the hiking trail leading to the Roche des Fées (a magnificent promontory overlooking La Bourboule just a stone's throw away).
Near all the essential shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants, markets (organic market on Tuesday mornings, market on Saturday mornings, flea markets -see calendar-, ...).
Activities :
- Inexhaustible visits and activities: see "sancy.com" and La Bourboule and Orcival tourist offices.
- Historic park,
- Golf course,
- Swimming pool,
- Skating rink.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.
