Elegant apartment of about 55 square meters able to accommodate up to 4 adults is located in the heart of the pedestrian historic center: 600 meters from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo; 600 meters from Palazzo Ducale; 850 meters from the Aquarium and the departure of boats to Portofino, Camogli, San Fruttuoso, Cinque Terre; 200 meters from the museum center of Via Garibaldi.
All the services to make your stay comfortable are just a few steps away! The space The accommodation of about 55 square meters is located on the second floor of a pretty building from 1900 NOT equipped with a lift and is composed as follows: KITCHEN equipped with a hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, electric oven, moka and kitchen utensils. LIVING ROOM equipped with a double sofa bed and dining area. BEDROOM equipped with a double bed and wardrobe. BATHROOM: equipped with toilet, bidet and shower. TERRACE furnished with table, chairs and umbrella to admire the view of the historic center of Genoa. Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating with thermostat, 2 fans, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Free parking pass on the blue lines on the street. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). PLEASE NOTE the steps of the stairs are quite steep Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay. Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode.

Die Terrasse war angenehm und der Wohnungszuschnitt insgesamt lässig.
Der versprochen Parkausweis war abgelaufen (musste Strafe zahlen) und ernsthafte Unterstützung um dies zu regeln hat nicht stattgefunden.
Dusche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Küchenutensilien bzw. Besteck müsste auch mal aufgefrischt werden. Ansonsten war die Ausstattung umfangreich.
Gerüche aus umliegenden Wohnung bei offener Terrasse intensiv.
Die Lage ist perfekt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und es hat eine schöne, große Balkonterasse.
Die Duschtürdichtung war nicht in Ordnung, es lief Wasser auf den Badfußboden.
Emplacement idéal. Appartement agréable, au calme

Excellente situation et appartement agréable. En cas de besoin, la société est très rapide pour intervenir.
Attention à l'enregistrement. Tout doit être OK ( identité photos et payement de la taxe) , sinon impossible d'accéder à l'appartement
