The kitchen is open to the living room, modern and fully equipped for your comfort (oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, hood, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, utensils, etc.) You can enjoy a bright bedroom with a wardrobe, as well as a modern and functional bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
The apartment includes a secure garage. ## Access By Car: From Lyon: Take Boulevard de la Croix-Rousse heading east, then follow the signs to join the périphérique (ring road).
Take the exit towards Villeurbanne.
Follow signs to Villeurbanne city center and look for Rue Montgolfier.
By Public Transport: Metro: Take Line A of the metro and get off at Villeurbanne - La Doua station.
From there, you can walk to Rue Montgolfier or take a local bus if needed.
Bus: Several bus lines serve Villeurbanne.
You can use lines C3, C5, or 57 and get off at the closest stop to Rue Montgolfier.

Localisation parfaite et très bien pour 2 adultes.
Lave vaisselle (sans notice)
Lave linge, grande douche, garage privé
Haut de l'escalier pour accéder à l'appartement très dangereux !!
Peu d'isolation sonore entre le couloir et l'appartement.
Vaisselle, couverts et nécessaire d'entretien trop minimaliste.
Télévision avec anomalie sur son fonctionnement, et rien pour trouver une solution.

Sono ambienti comodi confortevoli per alcuni giorni
C'era molto odore di fumo e mancava il riscaldamento.
Mancava anche il sapone per lavare i piatti alcune pentole erano sporche
Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt und wir waren sehr zufrieden!
