All Saints is a charming, well-presented ground-floor apartment nestled in the heart of the seaside town of Hastings, East Sussex.
Just a short stroll from the beach, local shops, and a welcoming pub, this pet-friendly retreat with off-road parking is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a coastal escape.
Inside, you are welcomed into a spacious living/dining room, where you can unwind on the plush seating in front of the Smart TV. The room is warmed by a woodburning stove, perfect for those chillier evenings, and is beautifully decorated with characterful wooden roof beams and eclectic furnishings, creating a truly inviting space.
The bold kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, which can be enjoyed at the dining table; a wonderful space for family gatherings.
The sleeping accommodation consists of two well-presented bedrooms, a king-size with a contemporary en-suite featuring a walk-in shower, and a snug twin room.
Both rooms are tastefully decorated with colourful print wallpapers and quirky accessories, making your stay at All Saints one that you will never forget.
A family bathroom, complete with a bath and shower over, serves the bedrooms, providing a sleek space to prepare for your day. All Saints, a ground-floor apartment, consists of a kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, and a living/dining room with smart TV, wood-burning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and twin. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Outside, there is a rear non-enclosed, multi-level garden with patio and furniture, and off-road parking for one car. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Find your perfect escape at All Saints. Note: Steps down to the property and up to the front of the property. Note: Sofa bed in the twin room can sleep two additional guests, please contact us to advise. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am. Travel cot and high chair can be made available if required

Wonderful week in this beautiful, quirky cottage. Fantastic fun decor, all the amenities we could wish for (and more!) and parking spot is a bonus (thanks for the tips on getting in and out).
