The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house for rent in the town of Erquy, with sea views, less than a kilometre from the beach, featuring a seasonal swimming pool, a hot tub and Wi-Fi. It has a floor area of 200 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises a lovely living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a lovely garden for you to enjoy.
Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A living room with a TV and a fireplace (firewood not provided) - A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Four bedrooms with 2 double beds (140×190), 1 double sofa bed and 2 queen-size beds (160×200) - Three bathrooms with shower and bath - A separate toilet - A 20m² studio in the basement, with its own bathroom featuring a shower and toilet, a comfortable double sofa bed, and a terrace For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A swimming pool (private, heated, with safety curtain, open from 7 April to 30 September) - A hot tub available all year round - A lovely garden and terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days The house is ideally situated in Erquy, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Lamballe - Nearest airport: Rennes On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - The fireplace is in working order; wood is not provided - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - The barbecue must not be placed on the terrace!

Vue de mer, jacuzzi, tres belle maison
Dans la cuisine il manquaient des couvercles et nous aurions bien eu des peignoirs de bain ou des toailles supplémentaires pour le jacuzzi.

Le confort et l’espace dans la maison.
Les allergies dues aux chenilles processionnaires mais problème réglé très rapidement par ailleurs après signalement à l’opérateur.

Prachtige locatie, heel mooi huis met veel licht en een magnifieke tuin. Het zwembad, de jacuzzi en de open haard waren allemaal fijne extra troeven. Het huis op zich was mooi ingericht met veel oog voor detail. Het uitzicht op de zee adembenemend en de ondergaande zon de kers op de taart. We gaan zeker terug. Heerlijke wandelroutes ook vlakbij.
