Located in a prestigious building in the city centre, this superb apartment guarantees a wonderful stay in Annecy, thanks to its prime location, just a stone’s throw from the Old Town, Bonlieu and Le Paquier.
You can reach the Old Town on foot in just a few minutes to enjoy dinner by the canals, stroll through the market or simply admire the beautiful scenery. The three bedrooms, each with a double bed (queen-size), are situated at the rear of the flat and all have their own television and walk-in wardrobe.
There is also a shower room, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The spacious living-dining-kitchen area stretches the full length of the apartment, where large windows offer an exceptional view of the surrounding mountains. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a wine cellar and a large worktop.
The apartment also has a private garage – a real bonus in Annecy, where parking spaces are at a premium! A member of our team will be there to welcome you. Keys are handed over in person between 4pm and 9pm. Any arrival after 9pm will incur a charge of €20. Linen will be provided for your stay, including sheets, towels and kitchen tea towels. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance; you won’t need a car for the duration of your stay. The lake is a 5-minute walk away.
Bike hire is available nearby (there’s a superb cycle path that goes all the way round the lake). 🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery available from €9.90 per person per day. Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake amidst a stunning mountain backdrop, is renowned for the quality of its environment and its high standard of living. Boasting a remarkable location on the lower reaches of the lake, the town has successfully preserved its architectural and historical heritage. ⏰ Check-in is available daily from 4 pm until 9 pm. Logement correspondant aux attentes, suffisamment spacieux pour 7 adultes. Situé à 5min à pieds de la vieille ville et 15min du lac c’était très pratique !
Malgré les points négatifs nous avons passé un bon séjour

Bon emplacement , déco sympa ,chambres au calme
Negative:
Proposé pour 8 mais pas approprié car table et chaises pour 6 vaisselle et ustensiles très sommaires (pas de passoire pour égoutter des pâtes )un seul WC
