Cocoonr offers you to rent a beautiful studio located in a Pierre et Vacances residence in the Les Bergers district, in the commune of Alpe d'Huez, with a view of the swimming pool and the mountains, with a ski resort within walking distance and a swimming pool.
It has a surface area of 35 m² and can accommodate up to 6 travellers.
Located on the 5th floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen and a bathroom.
Bed linen and towels included The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² living room with TV, a double sofa bed ... - A fully-equipped kitchen with a microwave oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A sleeping area with a bunk bed and 2 queen-size beds (160×200) - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC Outside area : - A shared heated swimming pool (size: 15x6) and a sauna nearby, accessible when the resort is open during the winter and summer seasons.
Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
The sauna and swimming pool are free and open to all! - A 3 m² balcony to enjoy the fine weather On your arrival, the flat will be prepared, the beds made and the welcome products provided. The studio is ideally located in Huez, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Grenoble train station, about 1 hour's drive away. - Nearest airport: Grenoble airport, 37 minutes away for private flights, Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport, approximately 1h36min by car. Free shuttle buses to get around the resort. Other comments: - A shared heated swimming pool and sauna nearby - Wifi access at a charge, payment to be made at the Pierre et Vacances residence. - In the residence there is a bar-restaurant, a relaxation area with a fireplace. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Sheets and towels included - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.

Sarah was een zeer vriendelijke en correcte dame. Leuk grote living , toffe ligging en dicht bij de ski liften. Zwembad is ook een pluspunt en het dubbel bed stapelbed dat zeer groot is. Het was wel nog stoffig het appartement en we moesten een paar zaken proper maken die niet top gekuist waren.

Idéalement situé dans le quartier des Bergers.
Vivement recommandé si vous souhaitez passer quelques jours à l’Alpe d’Huez.
