Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 110 m² house for rent in Hennebont, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 250 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 35 m² living room with sofa, connected TV, electronic dart board and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A scullery with worktop, sink for sinners, a washing machine, freezer, hoover, broom, etc.
On the 1ᵉʳ floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190) with dressing area.
- A shower room with shower
- A separate WC
First floor extension 1:
- Bedroom 2 on the mezzanine: a double bed (140x190) with dressing room and study area. Access to the sleeping area is via a staircase located inside this same bedroom.
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: plancha, barbecue, washing machine, folding bed, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful south-facing 250 m² garden including a seating area under the carport, an outdoor dining area, three deckchairs for relaxing, a large sheltered barbecue for outdoor meals, and a slide for the little ones to enjoy.
- A 37 m² terrace
- A secure shed with padlock is available for storing your bikes (bike rack), and/or roof box, etc.
The house is ideally located in Hennebont, in a very pleasant environment. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

- Basilique Notre-Dame de Paradis: impressive religious building with remarkable architecture and stained glass windows.
- Haras National d'Hennebont: Discover France's equestrian heritage through guided tours and shows.
- Ramparts and old Hennebont: Stroll through the historic centre to admire the medieval ramparts and cobbled streets.
Sports activities :
- Hiking and cycling: Explore the hiking and cycling trails along the river Blavet and through the countryside.
- Canoeing and kayaking: Take to the river Blavet in a canoe or kayak for a picturesque experience.
- Horse-riding: Horse-riding centres offer lessons and rides.
Excursions :
- Lorient: Just a few kilometres away, Lorient offers a variety of activities including the Cité de la Voile Éric Tabarly, museums, beaches and cultural events.

If you choose to come by car, you can park in the house's private car park opposite the front door. Street parking is also available.

- By car: Our accommodation is easily accessible via the N165, the main road linking Nantes to Brest.
- Nearest train station: Hennebont SNCF station
- Nearest airport: Lorient Bretagne Sud airport is the nearest, about 20 minutes away by car.

- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free Wi-Fi available.
- Pets are allowed, but with a supplement of €15/stay. Cats and dogs of all sizes are welcome. We are unable to filter the type of animal. One pet per stay is accepted by default.
- Electric car charger: Our charging station is equipped with an RFID card for electric vehicles. Please note that use of this service is subject to a supplement specified at the time of booking. An access card is provided for compulsory activation of the charger.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
