Villetta Ninì is located in a residential area of Porto Cesareo, between Punta Prosciutto and Torre Castiglione, a short walk from the sea and very close to the most famous beaches of Punta Prosciutto, with long stretches of free beach and lush dunes, and renowned super-equipped bathing lidos.

The area is known for the beauty of the sea, the protected marine area of Porto Cesareo, and for the tranquility that allows you to experience vacations in total relaxation. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am).

An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.

If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning).
