Cocoonr offers this charming 75 m² air-conditioned flat with swimming pool for rent in Suze-la-Rousse, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 45 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi included.

The accommodation comprises - A 45 m² living room with TV, sofas... - A dining room - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: with two single beds - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A shared, unheated swimming pool (3 x 10m), open from May to October and equipped with a safety alarm.
A parent is responsible for all children's swimming and supervision. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions. - A 30 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather - A shared pétanque pitch is available (pétanque balls not provided). The flat is ideally located in Suze-la-Rousse, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc. We also offer the neighbouring flat Le Mas des Aracil 2 for rent. Transport links : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park, which can accommodate up to 3 cars. For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Gare Orange and Gare Bollene are about 30 minutes away by car. - Nearest airport: Avignon Provence airport, about 46 minutes by car Other remarks : - The accommodation is attached to another house with which you will share the swimming pool. - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Pool towels are provided - Air conditioning in the kitchen and living room.
Rooms have a ceiling fan (top of the range and not noisy) - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Le Mas des Aracil 1 "Le calme au milieu des vignes. Tout est prévu dans la location pour passer un bon moment, cuisine très bien équipée, salon et salle à manger intérieure et extérieure de qualité.
