Tucked away in the cobbled streets of the Old Town, Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this charming 39 m² flat in Nancy.
Situated on the 3rd floor (no lift), it can accommodate up to 2 people.
Step inside to discover a lovely 25 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. When you wake up, treat yourself to a coffee before setting off to stroll towards Place Stanislas, the art galleries, the lively terraces or the best places to eat in the historic centre. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 25 m² living room with a TV - A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, hobs… - A bedroom with one queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with shower and toilet The flat is ideally situated in the heart of the historic centre, a 7-minute walk from Place Stanislas, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the fresh produce market held on Sundays. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park at the nearby Carnot pay-and-display car park. Alternatively, Nancy railway station is a 15-minute walk away or a short bus ride on lines 10, 15 or T3. Un appartement atypique tout en longueur, très confortable et bien équipé, très belle localisation. Bel immeuble ancien, escalier monumental (attention si vous avez des bagages lourds). Du style et de la qualité, literie et linge de très bon niveau. Seul bémol la toute petite salle de bain, il faut apprendre à bouger dans un mouchoir de poche 😉
