The Cocoonr agency offers this charming 75 m² apartment for rent in Nancy, France, which can accommodate up to 3 people. Located on the first floor, it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of approx. 80 m². Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- 30 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A terrace and a garden with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Nancy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the apartment (paid parking).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Nancy train station approx. 6 min by car (1.3 km)
- Nearest airport: Strasbourg airport approx. 2 hrs by car (149 km)
Other remarks:
- This apartment is equipped with wifi connection
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment
- Housekeeping is included in your stay, and you'll find 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival.
