Agence Cocoonr offers this charming 95 m² flat in the centre of Nancy, which can accommodate up to 8 people.
Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen, four good bedrooms (two of which sleep on the mezzanine) and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is made up as follows: - A living room with sofa, dining table and TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Four bedrooms, each with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - including 2 bedrooms with mezzanine beds - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC The flat is ideally located in Nancy, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, there are nearby pay parking facilities. Nearest train station: Nancy train station, 6 minutes' drive away (1.3 km) Nearest airport: Strasbourg airport, 2 hours 10 minutes by car (150 km) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.

Appartement bien situé près du centre ville . Étant en plein centre il faut bien sûr avoir de la chance pour trouver un stationnement non payant … La procédure d’arrivée est facile, mais il faut signaler que l’escalier est raide et étroit ( attention si enfant ou personne âgée ) .
