The Cocoonr agency offers you a 56 m² property for rent in Dinard, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Le Vauban is located on the 3rd floor of a quiet and secure residence (with lift) and has a private outdoor parking space.
It consists of a lovely living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A living room/lounge - A fully equipped kitchen with: oven, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, small fridge (no freezer)... - Bedroom 1: Double bed (180x200) - Bedroom 2: 2 separate single beds (90x190) - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet Outside: - A balcony with a small table to enjoy sunny days The flat is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment.
Thanks to its location, you can do everything on foot! The famous Dinard market halls and market square are only 150 metres away (market every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday). The famous Écluse beach and the centre of Dinard are 900 metres away, as are all amenities (restaurants, food shops, bars, grocery stores, etc.). Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private car park. For other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest train station: 15 km in St Malo - Nearest airport: 80 km in Rennes Other remarks: -bicycle storage available - A small refrigerator without a freezer. - The living room/lounge does not have shutters. - Sheets and towels included. - Free Wi-Fi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-live’ rentals, who will be at your disposal throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.
