Cocoonr is offering this charming single-storey house for rent in the town of Louvigny, featuring a shared swimming pool (located on the owner’s property), with a floor area of 35 m² and accommodating up to 2 guests.
It comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a shower room, and a terrace of around 6 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 15 m² living room with a sofa and TV - An open-plan, fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob… - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) with storage space and a storage bed base. - A shower room with a shower - A separate toilet Outdoors: - A shared swimming pool on the owner’s property, accessible via the garden, heated and open from 1 April to 30 September (opening dates are not binding and subject to weather conditions), with a cover and an alarm. - A private 6 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days The house is ideally situated in Louvigny, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: - Cycle along the greenway towards Suisse Normande - D-Day beaches - D-Day commemorations in June - The City of the Dukes of Normandy - The castle of William the Conqueror - The Abbaye-aux-Hommes and the Abbaye-aux-Dames - The Normandy Museum Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park or on the street near the accommodation. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Public transport: ‘Louvigny Eglise’ bus stop 80 m from the accommodation (routes 23 and 118) - Nearest railway station: Caen, 4 km away (10 mins by car / 30 mins by bus) - Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, 9 km away (15 mins by car / 1 hour by bus) Other notes: - Maximum occupancy is 2 people. - Bed linen and towels included - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets (weighing under 15 kg) are permitted in the accommodation on request and for an additional charge of 15 euros per stay.
Only one pet is allowed.

Zen Cottage "Super séjour! Logement très propre digne d'un hôtel (serviettes, peignoirs, kitchenette complète et boissons offertes dans le frigo).
La piscine est très appréciable lors des grosses chaleurs.
Hôte très accueillant et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos demandes.
Le logement est à 8...
