The accommodation is located in the historic center of Portovenere, one of the most beautiful locations on the Ligurian Riviera, with many attractions, a charming marina with its colorful facades and a medieval castle. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and balcony!


The internal space

The 80 sqm apartment with independent entrance is located on the mezzanine floor of a building WITHOUT a lift (6 stairs to access it).


The space is organized as follows
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table, TV, split A/C and access to the balcony;

- KITCHEN with induction hob, fridge, coffee machine, washing machine, oven, kitchen utensils and dining table;

- BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe;

- BEDROOM II with two single beds, wardrobe and desk;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;

- BALCONY equipped with two chairs and awnings (accessible ONLY from the living room).


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent electric heating, split air conditioning (ONLY in the living room), washing machine (in the kitchen), hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.


ATTENTION. There are two steps between the entrance to the apartment and the living room, and two steps from the kitchen to the living room.

Description of the area

The apartment is located in Portovenere, a picturesque village located on the Ligurian coast, near the famous Cinque Terre. It is part of the province of La Spezia and is known for its natural beauty, crystal clear waters and historical heritage.

Portovenere is located on the extreme tip of the peninsula that closes the Gulf of La Spezia to the west, also known as the Gulf of Poets. From its position, it offers breathtaking views of the Ligurian Sea and the islands of the Portovenere archipelago: Palmaria, Tino and Tinetto. The historic center of Portovenere is characterized by narrow cobbled streets, known as "carruggi", flanked by colorful tower houses that date back to the Middle Ages. The facades painted in bright shades give a particular charm to the village. Portovenere is a perfect place for sea and nature lovers. The crystal clear waters are ideal for swimming, snorkeling and diving.

Portovenere, together with the Cinque Terre and the islands of Palmaria, Tino and Tinetto, was included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites in 1997 for its historical and landscape value.

The accommodation is located in the center of the town, all services and transport can be reached in a few minutes, including ferries to the Cinque Terre.

- From La Spezia station, you can reach the apartment by car or taxi in just 23 minutes (13.4 km). Alternatively, you can take the bus line P, from the "Garibaldi" stop, and then get off at the "Portovenere Capolinea" stop, just a 2-minute walk from the property.
