PLEASE NOTE: there are no private parking spaces. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ PLACES TO VISIT ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ + Le Paquier or Champ de Mars (esplanade facing the lake) + The Pont des Amours + The Imperial Palace Casino + Ski resorts (La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand): 30 mins ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ HOW TO GET TO THE PROPERTY ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ + By car: 45 mins from Geneva Airport to Annecy + Bus no. 3, 2 mins from the building, runs between the town centre/station and the property + By train: 2 mins by bus from the station (line 3). ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ⏰ Check-in is available daily from 4 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm, if you are unable to arrange your own arrival, a surcharge of €20 will apply. If the accommodation is available earlier, we’d be delighted to welcome you before 4 pm. We’ll only be able to confirm this on the day itself. Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not being taken over that same evening. 🧳 To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly recommend using the “Lockin” luggage storage facility at 2 Rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety

Un studio pratique et bien situé au bord du Thiou. Le logement est calme dans un quartier résidentiel aux portes du vieux Annecy. On est à moins de 10mn de la vielle ville et de la gare TGV. Idéal. Merci à Stéphanie pour son accueil et sa réactivité.
