Ideally located close to the village, the calanques of Marseille and Cassis, it offers a peaceful residential setting conducive to the Provencal way of life. With a surface area of 102 m², it can accommodate up to 6 people.
It comprises a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, three shower rooms and a large garden. The accommodation comprises - Living room with sofas, coffee table and TV - Dining room with table and chairs - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, etc. - Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed and en-suite shower room and WC - Bedroom 2 with queen-size bed and shower room - Bedroom 3 with queen-size bed and shower room with WC Outside : Outside, you'll enjoy a vast 800 m² garden, perfect for relaxing and socialising.
You'll find a table tennis table and a Weber barbecue to enjoy evenings outdoors. There are sun loungers for you to relax on, and a dining area with table and chairs, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. The house also has a heated swimming pool, open from May to October. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: dishwasher, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, etc. The house enjoys a privileged location in Roquefort-la-Bédoule, in a particularly pleasant setting.
In the immediate vicinity, you'll find all the essential amenities as well as a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, boutiques and a market.
