From the very first moments, the view takes centre stage.
Majestic and commanding, it stretches across the surrounding hills and the listed old village of Velaux.
An invitation to contemplation, whether you are seated on one of the terraces or enjoying the peaceful silence of the garden. Built in wood, this contemporary villa is brand new and has been designed down to the finest detail to offer an atmosphere that is both elegant and warm.
The interior décor, resolutely modern, has been carefully imagined to create an immediate sense of well-being.
A large shaded terrace extends the living spaces outdoors, beneath the pine trees. The villa features a spacious, light-filled living area, fully air-conditioned, opening generously onto the terrace and swimming pool.
As soon as you enter, you will discover a fluid and welcoming space: a comfortable lounge area with sofa and wood-burning stove, a large dining table for shared meals, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with central island and high table.
Everything has been brought together so you can gather, share, cook, or simply enjoy time passing by. A separate toilet is also available on this level. On the same floor, the first sleeping area includes two bedrooms, each equipped with a 160 x 200 cm bed, storage cupboard, and air conditioning in the hallway to keep your nights cool.
A separate office completes this space, ideal for working remotely in peace or for setting up a baby cot. A modern bathroom completes this floor. On the garden level, two additional bedrooms await you, also equipped with 160 x 200 cm beds and storage cupboards.
Naturally cool in summer, they are also fitted with fans.
A second bathroom and a charming English courtyard complete this level, bringing pleasant freshness and soft natural light. Outside, the secure saltwater swimming pool awaits you, with direct access from the main terrace.
It is not heated in winter, but remains a privileged place to relax during the season.
The intimate, green outdoor space invites you to unwind, enjoy open-air meals, or spend long summer afternoons by the water. For your comfort, the villa is fully equipped with a complete range of appliances and amenities: television, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, and more.
Everything has been designed so you can immediately feel at home. The entrance to the house is entirely private and allows several vehicles to be parked safely inside the property. This confidential address is ideal for exploring Aix-en-Provence and the treasures of the region.
Whether travelling with family or friends, the villa accommodates up to 8 guests: either 4 adults and 4 children, or 4 couples. Please note that all indoor areas of the villa are strictly non-smoking. Important information: After booking and full payment, you will receive a secure link to complete your online check-in, including: the signing of a commitment document regarding respect for the property; the €800 security deposit, by credit card only, held 2 days before arrival and released approximately 5 working days after departure, provided no damage is reported; access to optional services such as early check-in, late check-out, transport, private chef, and more, subject to availability. Arrival instructions will be available on your boarding pass 2 days before arrival.
