The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent this charming flat with mountain views in the commune of Vignec. With a surface area of 24 m², it can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), the flat comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom (with bath).
The accommodation includes :
- A 15 m² living room with TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, combined microwave and toaster oven, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 4 m² balcony (Mountain View) with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Vignec, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc.
Activities :

- fishing nearby
- spa resort
- ski lift 300m away
Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station : Lannemezan, about 38 km away (45 min by car)
- Nearest airport : Tarbes-Lourdes Pyrénées, about 80 km away (1h10 by car)
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay must be done by you (or at an additional cost from our on-site service provider).
- Free access to the gym.
- You can enjoy access to the jacuzzi and sauna (tokens to be purchased at agency 44/45 in St Lary).
- The jacuzzi is located in a room in the residence on the ground floor with the gym.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times shown are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Ski resort within walking distance.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
