Ground floor
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa, pellet stove and dining area...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, Delonghi coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- Separate WC
On the first floor
- Bedroom 1: with two single beds (which can be pushed together to make a double bed), a shower room and WC
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds close together (which can be divided to make two single beds), a shower room with shower and WC.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot.

Outside:
- A beautiful 4,500 m² shared, unenclosed garden opening onto the fields.

This house, built in 1919, is ideally located in Vauxaillon, in a very relaxing and pleasant setting. Local shops (markets, restaurants, etc.) are close by.

Activities:
- Several hiking and walking trails.
- For history buffs, there are many places to visit: the Dragon's Cave and the Chemin des Dames, the medieval town of Laon, Coucy le Château, etc.
- The town of Soissons: Musée St léger, Abbey, Arsenal and other cultural sites on the history of Soissons, Soissons swimming pool
- The city of Reims 50 minutes away by car

Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
