Cocoonr is offering this charming, tastefully decorated and fully equipped house for rent in the village of Lancieux.
With a floor area of 115 m², it can accommodate up to 8 guests. All this less than 300 metres from Lancieux’s main beach. The house is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A lovely 42 m² living room (with a wood-burning stove), a comfortable sofa and armchairs, and a TV. A dining table that seats 8 guests. - A fully equipped open-plan kitchen, including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction hob with extractor hood, a Nespresso pod coffee machine, a filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster. - The living room and kitchen offer direct access to the south-facing terrace. - The house has a utility room housing a microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. - On the ground floor there is also the master bedroom, comprising a double bed (140x190), and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail and washbasin. The bedroom offers direct access to the terrace. - A separate toilet. Upstairs: - Bedrooms 2 and 3 each feature a double bed (140x190), a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. - Bedroom No. 4 has two single beds (90x190) and storage space, including a wardrobe. - On the same landing there is a bathroom (shower) and a separate toilet. If you are holidaying with children, a travel cot (without a mattress) and a high chair will be available. Outdoors: - You can enjoy a 150 m² south-facing garden with trees, which is fully enclosed.
To make the most of the garden, there is an outdoor dining table, an offset parasol and a relaxation area with garden furniture. A Weber charcoal barbecue is available for your use. Neighbourhood: The house is ideally situated in Lancieux.
You can walk into the village to make the most of the local shops (bakery, restaurants, bars, local grocery shop, cheese shop, fishmonger’s, chemist’s, etc.). The village has six beaches, and you can also explore the magnificent Bay of Lancieux, which is one of the finest kitesurfing spots in Brittany! You’ll be less than 45 minutes’ drive from all the tourist attractions (Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Cap-Fréhel, etc.) Lancieux is just a 5-minute drive from the neighbouring village of Saint-Briac-sur-Mer and 10 minutes from Saint-Lunaire.
You can enjoy a range of wonderful activities, such as: the Dinard (Saint-Briac) and Lancieux golf courses, lovely walks along the GR34, exploring the markets and regional produce, and a host of water sports. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park in the courtyard of the house. Parking around the house is free all year round. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo, 17.5 km - Nearest airport: Rennes, 68 km Other notes: - Self-check-in: a key box is available on site to allow you to access the property independently.
All the information you need for your arrival will be sent to you by email before your stay. - All bedrooms are fitted with electric roller shutters. - A second fridge is available for your use in the garage. - Returning from the beach: you can access the garden directly via the garage to rinse off your feet and your beach gear (a hose is provided for this purpose). - Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. - Free Wi-Fi available - The wood-burning stove is in working order; wood is not provided - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - The accommodation is entirely non-smoking - Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited On arrival, you can check in independently using the key box, or if you choose to be met in person, you’ll receive a personalised welcome from a service provider selected by the Cocoonr agency in Dinard.

Très belle location. La maison est très bien située et très bien équipée pour un séjour où on ne manque vraiment de rien.
L’emplacement à proximité immédiate de la mer est donc parfait !
