Accommodation description
This house is perfect for families with children.
It has a big garden and an enclosed swimming pool.
It is very quietly located, yet not far from the major tourist attractions on the Dordogne River.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a spacious garden with many seating areas, and a large swimming pool with sunbeds.
It is perfect for lovely walks in the beautiful Surro, which includes lots of woods and countryside.
You will completely relax here and enjoy all this beauty! Within half an hour, you can reach the Dordogne River.
Visit Domme with its magnificent viewpoint over the valley, Sarlat with its historic center and Saturday morning market, Saint Cirque Lapopie, and Rocamadour as being 2 of the most beautiful villages in France.
You will run out of time! Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed.
Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine. The pool was lovely and the property itself was very clean. The grounds were nice but not as large as they appear in the photos.
We had a bowl of home grown tomatoes on arrive which were lovely and some fresh cut flowers with a bottle of strawberry wine.

We all found the beds to be very uncomfortable but that's personal choice.
We couldn't make the TV work.
There were lots of things in the kitchen but missing some basics. We had to buy another chopping board and an egg flip. The utensils / cutlery were okay but some were grubby - think the drawers could do with a good clean / clear out.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Umgebung und doch nicht zu weit von den bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Die Hütte selbst war in Ordnung, könnte einige zusätzliche Kochutensilien verwenden. Der Pool war erstklassig und wurde jeden Morgen vom Eigentümer gereinigt.

Bowl of homegrown tomatoes on arrival which tasted lovely and a vase of fresh cut flowers with a bottle of strawberry wine - very nice touch
Location lovely, secluded, in a great location with shops a short drive away

Would happily book again but would take some of our own kitchen bits.
