In the nearby town of Beaumaris, you can visit the historic Beaumaris Castle, or enjoy coastal views and take a stroll on the boardwalk at Beaumaris Pier.

If you’re feeling more adventurous, take a boat trip from the pier to Puffin Island.

Driving down to Caernarfon you’ll find dog-friendly activities such as visiting Dolbadarn Castle, and Llanberis Lake Railway where you can take a scenic, five-mile steam train journey along Lake Padarn, in the heart of Eryri National Park (Snowdonia).
