This charming 45 m² apartment in Vannes can accommodate up to 2 people.
Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom (with shower). Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dishcloths). The accommodation is composed as follows: - 20 m² living room with TV - A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Outside : - A large terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days. The apartment is ideally located in Vannes, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park close to {home_type} (paid parking). For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: 8 minutes on foot - Nearest airport : 1H15 Nantes Atlantique Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (fiber optics) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation Optional independent arrival: Access to the accommodation is from 4pm. Keys can be collected from a key dispenser in a launderette located approximately 650m from the accommodation.

La Terrasse du Mené Malgré quelques problèmes lors de notre séjour, qui ont été réglé très rapidement et de façon très professionnel, ce logement est agréable, silencieux, proche du centre ville, du port et de tout les départs de pistes cyclable. On peut trouver un parking gratuit au Palais des Arts, à quelques centaine de mètres.

La Terrasse du Mené Très bon emplacement pour cet appartement, spacieux et fidèle aux photos. Un bémol sur la salle de bain (vasque non fonctionnelle) et les volets qui ne cachent pas la lumière.
