The 42m2 accommodation is located on the second floor of a building with a lift

- LIVING AREA with a French double sofa bed, table with chairs and TV.

- BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe

- BATHROOM with toilet, bidet and tub/shower.

- BALCONY with table and chairs.

Condominium parking NOT guaranteed

Swimming pool - opening hours: from 15 June to 15 September, 10am-1pm / 3.30pm-8pm, with lifeguard.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document.
