In the commune of Saint-Georges-de-la-Rivière, less than 2 km from the beach, we offer this charming 97 m² house with a sea view, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. It comprises a pretty, bright 42 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 350 m² garden.

- Bedroom 2: 13.5 m² room with a double bed (140×190)
- A shower room with 2 basins and a large shower
- A separate WC
- A 10 m² storeroom
Outside:
- A beautiful 350 m² garden surrounding the house, private and unfenced
- A 60 m² terrace facing south and south-west with a sea view, as well as furniture to make the most of the fine weather
A table and 4 armchairs as well as 2 bicycles are available in the garden room.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Georges-de-la-Rivière, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
