Thomas & Oriane open the doors to a charming, authentic country house dating from 1821, carefully restored and revisited as a comfortable holiday home, located on the edge of a lane and a gentle meadow (seasonally welcoming Charolais and Limousin cows from the neighboring farm), a stone's throw from the Voie Verte (passing only 200m away) and the bucolic "Étang de Chaumont" (a soothing natural site ideal for walks and discovering the fauna and flora), very close to the town center of Chatenoy-le-Royal with all amenities (including a supermarket).
A residential and agricultural hamlet nestled in a peri-urban area in the heart of the gentle, rolling Chalonnaise countryside, combining viticulture, agriculture, and nature (partly protected as a ZNIEFF for its rich fauna and flora), nestled among beautiful wild forests (including two vast "state forests" nearby, literally "green lungs" of the area, perfect for relaxing walks or mountain biking), meadows, and vineyard hillsides (the first vineyards are 5 km away).

Très belle location avec les prestations qui vont avec. Un super accueil avec de petites attentions. Tout est de qualité entre services et prestations, tout est pensé pour une famille même avec enfants en bas âges.Merci pour ce week-end et sans doute à bientôt.

Gîte en parfait état, tout est neuf et confortable. Il manquerait un petit meuble cuisine pour ranger l'alimentaire et une patère dans la salle de bain. Dommage qu'il n'y est pas un petit coin privé à l'extérieur. La très petite place dehors est à la vue de tout le voisinage et entourée d'un passage de véhicules des voisins.

Très bonne location avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. le poêle à granules est un vrai plus et apporte chaleur rapidement. La location est proche des services mais dans un endroit calme. Seul petit bémol, la literie est impeccable mais un peu dure. Nous recommandons facilement ce gîte.
