Anne-Marie & Charles (wine-growers) welcome you to the gîte 'L'Aubépin', peacefully set in 'Le Petit Saint Cyr' area, in the upper part of the village of Quincié-en-Beaujolais.
Enjoy the great open views of the vineyards, the Mont Brouilly, the Saône valley and further the Alps with the Mont Blanc from the balcony all year round ! Totally renovated house adjoining that of the owners who are happy to suggest activities linking to the wine Beaujolais tradition (tours of wine cellar, tasting, 1km away).
Ground floor (disabled access) : entrance hall, large living room (dining /kitchen /lounge areas), utility room/WC, bedroom (2 single beds, en-suite shower room with WC). 1st floor : 2 bedrooms opening onto the balcony (double bed) (2 single beds).

Extra sleeping accommodation (2 double beds) on the mezzanines can be made available (extra charge to be paid on site : 20 euros/person for 1 night, 30 euros for 2 nights, 35 euros for 3 nights, 40 euros for 4 nights, 45 euros for 5 nights, 50 euros for 6 nights and 55 euros for 7 nights ( 20 euros to 55 euros/person up to 5 nights depending on the number of persons extra).

Fenced private garden (no opposite neighbours), lawn area, terrace (deck chairs), garage (games, sink).
Photovoltaic panels (self-consumption) with socket for electric cars to be recharged.

Très attentif depuis la réservation et extrêmement disponible et flexible sur les horaires. Nous n avons passé qu une nuit; Le gîte, dans un hameau au milieu des vignes est très spacieux, bien équipé et d une propreté exemplaire. Séjour parfait.

Nous avons pu passé un formidable WE en famille grâce à l'accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires, la beauté du coin, le beau temps, dans ce superbe gîte, très bien aménagé, très bien équipé, très fonctionnel et très propre.Ce fut un sans faute, c'est une super adresse à recommander.Encore un grand merci à mr et mme Perron.

Très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires. Le logement est conforme au descriptif, d'une propreté impeccable et idéalement situé.Quincié est un beau village.Les propriétaires sont vignerons, nous ne sommes pas restés suffisamment longtemps pour découvrir leur vignoble et leur passion du vin.je vous recommande ce gîte.
