We are offering this charming house with mountain views and a private pool for rent in the town of Le Boulou.
It has a surface area of 130 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower), and a garden of approximately 2,300 m².
Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included.

The house is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: two single beds - Shower room with toilet First floor: - 50 m² living room with sofas, coffee table, TV, dining area - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190), bathroom with shower - Bedroom 2: two single beds, TV - Separate toilet Outside: - A swimming pool (private, unheated) with an alarm, dimensions: 10 m x 5 m.
Open from June 1 to September 30. - A beautiful 2,300 m² garden (not enclosed) - Three terraces, one of which is covered.
Tables and chairs to enjoy sunny days.
In addition to the house's private pool, the accommodation provides access to another large pool and a tennis court in the center of the estate.
The house is ideally located in Le Boulou, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (1 vehicle) and private parking area of the house (2 vehicles).
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful: - Perpignan SNCF train station about 30 minutes away by car - Perpignan airport about 30 minutes away by car Other comments: - Swimming pool: The opening dates of the swimming pool are not contractual and are subject to change.
Subject to favorable weather conditions. - Free access to the Chartreuses center, where there is a swimming pool and tennis court. - The fireplace is not functional. - A baby bed and high chair are available free of charge. - Sheets and towels are included. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use. - Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
A flat-rate supplement may be charged. - Charging electric or hybrid vehicles is strictly prohibited (either from domestic sockets or any other installation in the accommodation).
In the event of non-compliance, a fixed compensation fee based on the increase in electricity consumption will be charged.
