We are offering this charming house with mountain views for rent in the town of Xonrupt-Longemer. It has a surface area of 170 m² and can comfortably accommodate 14 guests. It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower), and a garden of approximately 1,000 m². On the second floor:
- Bedroom 5: with a double bed and 2 single beds

Outside:
- A 25 m² south-facing terrace with direct access from the kitchen, furnished
- A 20 m² terrace on the 1st floor, north-facing with furniture
- A beautiful 1,000 m² garden (unfenced) with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally located in Xonrupt-Longemer, in a very pleasant environment. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Summer: hiking, downhill mountain biking, activities at Lake Xonrupt-Longemer (pedal boats, swimming, water sports), tree climbing, horse riding, etc.
Winter: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, etc.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation.
- The stairs are steep.
