Welcome to Duingt!
Located 150 metres from the lake and a two-minute walk from Duingt’s historic centre and all its shops, discover a fully equipped apartment that’s perfect for your holiday! The cycle path is right in front of the apartment, and Duingt’s cycle café is just 30 metres away if you’d like to hire bikes.
The residence has a bike storage room. Duingt’s two beaches are a 5-minute walk away. The accommodation: Located in a residence built in 2023. The tastefully decorated apartment is on the ground floor and features a terrace with a table, chairs and sun loungers, as well as a garden with mountain views.
It is equipped with a television and a laundry room; the kitchen is fitted with an oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and storage space. Bed linen and towels will be provided for your stay. This is a non-smoking property; pets are not permitted in the apartment. 🅿️ Shared car park Close to shops, restaurants, bus stops and a cycle path, you can leave your car in the block’s car park and explore the old village of Duingt on foot. Also known as ‘the pearl of the lake’, Duingt is situated on the left bank of Lake Annecy, nestled amongst the mountains. We look forward to welcoming you! Check-in is available daily from 4pm to 9pm. After 9 pm, if a self-check-in solution cannot be arranged, a supplement of €20 will be charged. If the accommodation is available earlier, we’d be delighted to welcome you before 4 pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself. Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not being taken over that same evening. Nearby: + Cycle path linking Annecy to the far end of the lake + Bus stop 150 metres away + The beautiful town of Annecy, 12 kilometres away. + The beaches at Duingt + Nearby ski resorts + Hiking trails 🧳 To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly recommend using the “Lockin” luggage storage facility at 2 Rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety How to get to the apartment: + By car, 1 hour from Geneva + On-site car park + By bus (Bus nos. 51 and 52 from Annecy) We look forward to welcoming you!

Emplacement idéal pour faire du vélo l’appartement est très bien situé au bord de la piste cyclable il est très propre neuf
Sandos très sympa et à l’écoute
Il n’y avait pas de micro-ondes et d’étendoir pour le linge l’adresse indiquée sur le site ne correspond pas avec le gps il faudrait mettre à jour

Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien in een rustige wijk. Nabij gelegen het meer van Annecy. Het is een aanrader om rond het meer te gaan fietsen in een prachtige omgeving. Fietspad ligt naast het appartement. Een bezoek aan Annecy is een must.

Good location, nice and quiet but not isolated
Negative:
It would have been good if there was access to the rear as we had bikes to lift over the wall. But it wasn’t a deal breaker.
