Cozy apartment that accommodates up to 4 people, well furnished and located in a period building of which it preserves the beautiful local stone vaults and the mosaic floor.
The apt is located in the historic center (ZTL) but at the same time in a quiet area, just 200 meters from the first free beach and a few steps from all points of interest.
A stone's throw from the small church of San Giovanni, a wine bar and a tavern, it is the perfect location to fully experience the spirit of Monopoli.
The 60 m2 accommodation is located on the first floor of a period building without a lift: there are 4 steps at the entrance + the need to climb a flight of 10 steps to access the accommodation.
The internal space is composed as follows: - Eat-in kitchen with dining table, split A/C and kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave; - Living room with double sofa bed, split A/C and TV - Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, built-in wardrobe and split A/C - Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box - 2 small balconies.
Additional services available to guests: unlimited WIFI, split heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). ATTENTION: The historic center of Monopoli is located within the limited traffic zone so the accommodation can only be reached by car during certain hours of the day and parking is limited.
From June to September the historic center can be reached using the 3 Park & ride areas at a cost of 1 euro or using the bus that leaves from the station to the centre.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Monopoli for the first 14 nights, equal to € 1.00 per person per night.

Tolles Appartement mit schöner Dachterrasse, zentral gelegen. Einziges Manko war das stinkende Badezimmer trotz dauerhaft laufender Abluft war der Geruch immer da.
