Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 37 m² flat in Gérardmer to rent, with a shared swimming pool and capacity for up to 4 guests.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 10 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom. The accommodation comprises - A 10 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A sleeping area with a bunk bed (sleeps 2) - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with bath - A separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A shared 10x5 swimming pool (unheated, open from June to September) - A 9 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather. The flat is ideally located in Gérardmer, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market... Activities : - Lake nearby - Linvosges - Pedalos and electric boats - Skiing at La Mauselaine - Tour de la Merelle - Various walks - Film festival (end of January) - Daffodil Festival (April) Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Metzeral 40 km (50 min by car) - Nearest airport: Colmar 56 km (1 hour by car) - Shuttle bus available in winter for skiing Other remarks : - Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an additional charge can be made by our on-site service provider). - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - A parent is responsible for all children swimming.
Opening dates are non-contractual. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception.

Séjour pour encadrer des participants au triathlon et découverte des environs. Attente pour recevoir les clés ( mal donne ) sur la façon donc clés cachées donc pas d'explication donc pas d'accès à la piscine. Retard du concierge pour le dernier jour. Logement sale et vétuste.
