The estate encompasses over an acre of private grounds with amenities including multiple terraces and lounges, an open-air kitchen and dining area, a swimming pool and spa with a 25’ high water feature, plus a separate hot tub, a putting green that overlooks the ocean. Walk up a wisteria-covered path to another terrace lounge with a fire pit and sweeping views. This level is also equipped with an infrared sauna and a full gym where you can exercise with the La Jolla coastline and the Pacific Ocean as the backdrop.
