Situated on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a large, bright bedroom with access to the garden, two shower rooms (each with a shower and toilet) and a garden of around 2,000 m²! The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas hob, large fridge-freezer, electric kettle, toaster, etc.
- Bedroom 1: 17 m² with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and a desk area
- Shower room 1: with shower, washbasin, WC, washing machine and storage space
- Shower room 2 (adjoining the bedroom): with shower, washbasin, WC and storage space

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, barbecue.
