The apartment is located at the entrance to the city of Annecy, near the ring road.

You have the possibility to park 3 cars in the private parking lot, and there are also spaces available on the street.


The apartment is on the first floor.

A laundry room is at your disposal on the ground floor.

The first level of the apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds, a beautiful bathroom with a shower and a whirlpool bath, a kitchen, a living/dining room and two 2 verandas serving as an office and a second lounge area.


Upstairs: a mezzanine area with two single beds as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a second bathroom with toilet and showers.


A small garden is also at your disposal with furniture and a barbecue.


For your comfort we provide sheets and towels and the beds are prepared for your arrival.
