Charming apartment of 100 sqm, for up to 4 people, located on the ground floor of a building (4 steps to access).
The accommodation is located in the center of Pisa (Restricted Traffic Area), south of the Arno river, in the Sant'Antonio district, a few minutes on foot from all the attractions of the center and the main services.
The Lungarno and the Spina Church are just a few steps away. The accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, two rooms, a bathroom and a private garden. IDENTIFICATION CODE: 050026LTN1589 The accommodation is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, dining table and 55-inch TV; - KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge, dishwasher, moka, kettle, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, wine glasses and kitchenware; - SMALL PRIVATE GARDEN (access from the kitchen, two steps to access it) with table and chairs; - BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers; - ROOM with sofa, desk and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with bathtub with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, fan (in bedroom), washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and drying rack. Cot available upon request, subject to availability. Dogs allowed on request, upon payment of a supplement. The apartment is for exclusive use of our Guests To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax (€2.50 per person per night of stay). We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th. Self check-in will take place in this accomodation.
It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment. The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site. In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00. Alternatively, from 15:00 to 21:00, it is possible to collect the keys free of charge at our office in Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa). If instead you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to: - From 15:00 to 21:00: 15.00 euro; - From 21:00 to 23:00: 25.00 euro; - From 23:00 to 24:00: 30.00 euro; - From 24:00 to 1:30: 40.00 euro. The apartment is located in a central position, in the "Sant'Antonio" district, in an area equipped with all the main services, a few steps from the Church of Santa Maria della Spina.
In a few minutes on foot it is possible to reach multiple points of interest, including the Lungarno, Piazza Cavalieri and Piazza dei Miracoli. Pisa Central Station, hub for all the main public transport lines to reach the main points of interest in the city, is about 10 minutes away on foot.
