The Cocoonr agency is offering this sea-view flat for rent in Mers-les-Bains, just 50 metres from the beach.
It measures 150 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 55 m² living area (west-facing) with a TV, double sofa bed, sofa, armchairs and a dining area - A fully equipped open-plan kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, griddle… - A utility room - Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180×200) and a double sofa bed, walk-in wardrobe - Bedroom 2: a king-size bed (180×200), walk-in wardrobe - A bathroom with a bath - A shower room with shower and WC - A separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, and two fans. Outside: - 4 balconies: 2 measuring 5m² and 2 measuring 3 m² to enjoy the sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Mers-les-Bains, in a very pleasant setting.

Au-delà de la décoration atypique de cet appartement qui peut surprendre, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce "Navire".Un accueillant irréprochable, un positionnement dans Mers top, un équipement (vaisselle, électroménager, literie) extraordinaire et une vue époustouflante.Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
