Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 175 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool and jacuzzi for rent in Carpentras, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It has a lovely living room, a fitted kitchen, five bedrooms and four bathrooms. There's also a 400 m² garden! Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A 70 m² living room with two sofas, a fireplace (not usable), TV...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Dining area
- Bedroom 1: double sofa bed (built-in mattress)
- Bedroom 2: king-size bed (180×200), dressing area, access to shower room with shower and double washbasin unit
- Shower room 1: with shower and WC
- Separate WC
First floor
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×200), dressing area
- Bathroom with bath and twin washbasins
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Shower room 2: with shower
- Separate WC
In the Pool House
- Bedroom 5: a double sofa bed (built-in mattress)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, barbecue, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A private heated swimming pool (5m×10m) from 1ᵉʳ April to 31 October.
- A jacuzzi (sleeps 3) available from 1 April to 31 October
- A beautiful 400 m² enclosed garden
- A south-facing terrace of 80 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Carpentras, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Carpentras, in the heart of the Vaucluse, at the foot of Mont Ventoux, was a papal city from 1229 to 1791, characterised by its ochre facades, cool streets and fountains.
- Berlingot pedestrian route: passes by the oldest synagogue in France, the Hôtel-Dieu and the former Episcopal Palace.
- Carpentras market: an exceptional market from late November to early March, offering a colourful atmosphere, floral and fruity scents, and a renowned truffle market.
- Various activities: horse racing, aerial sports, skate park, tennis, bicross, water sports stadium.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park (7 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Carpentras, about 4 km away (9 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Avignon, about 34 km away (28 min by car)
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included

- Room 5 is not air-conditioned and part of the pool filtration system may be switched off at night.
- Cot and high chair hire available on request from the concierge.
