Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned flat for rent in L'Île-Rousse, with sea views and a swimming pool, situated approximately 50 metres from the beach.
It measures 50 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Situated on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely living room, a fully-fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a sleeping area and a shower room.
Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included, and with brand-new bedding, we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 20 m² living area with a sofa, dining area and TV - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob… - A bedroom with one new queen-size double bed (160×200) - A shower room with shower and toilet On the mezzanine - A sleeping area with 4 single beds (90×200) For even greater comfort, the owners have invested in the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A shared, unfenced, unheated swimming pool (4×12 m), open from 1 May to 30 September. - A 6 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days The flat is ideally situated in L’Île-Rousse, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Things to do: L’Île-Rousse, nicknamed the ‘Saint-Tropez of Corsica’, has something for everyone: sun-seekers will love Corsica’s warmest microclimate! Come and discover its heritage, its beach and its stunning landscapes. - The Promenade de la Marinella, which runs along the coast to the fabulous Place Paoli. - Riding club for trips to La Pietra - Jet ski hire - Tourist train Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: L’Île-Rousse, 2 km away (4 mins by car, 18 mins on foot) - Nearest airport: Calvi, 24 km away (28 mins by car) Other information: - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are allowed in the accommodation - Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming.
The swimming pool opening dates are not binding and are subject to change - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any household appliances after use - Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the reception staff.

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble, petit bémol sur la porte vitrée de la terrasse qui ne ferme pas, et certains habitants de la résidence qui ne sont vraiment pas agréables. Mais le logement était propre et agréable, et l'hôte très disponible et réactif.

Logement très bien situé à deux pas de la plage et restaurant de plage.
Jolie petite terrasse avec une très belle vue idéale pour prendre son petit déjeuner.
Petit bémol l’extérieur du logement est très poussiéreux dut à localisation, dommage de ne pas proposer un aspirateur cela pourrait être très pratique.
Hôte disponible et à l’écoute.
