Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned flat with a swimming pool in the town of L'Île-Rousse, situated approximately 50 metres from the beach.
It has a floor area of 42 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and a shower room.
Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included, and with brand-new bedding, we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 16 m² living area with a new double sofa bed (140 x 200), a dining area and a TV... - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob... - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) – a cabin-style bedroom with a porthole window - Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) – a cabin-style bedroom with a porthole window - A bathroom with shower and toilet Outside: - A shared, unfenced, unheated swimming pool (4×12 m), open from 1 May to 30 September - A 17 m² terrace with furniture and a view of the pool, perfect for enjoying sunny days The flat is ideally situated in L’Île-Rousse, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll have all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Things to do: L’Île-Rousse, nicknamed the ‘Saint-Tropez of Corsica’, has something for everyone: sun-seekers will love Corsica’s warmest microclimate! Come and discover its heritage, its beach and its stunning landscapes. - The Promenade de la Marinella, which runs along the coast to the fabulous Place Paoli. - Horse riding club for trips to La Pietra - Jet ski hire - Tourist train Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: L’Île-Rousse, 2 km away (4 mins by car, 18 mins on foot) - Nearest airport: Calvi, 24 km away (28 mins by car) Other information: - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are allowed in the accommodation - Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming.
The swimming pool opening dates are not binding and are subject to change - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the reception staff.

L’appartement est très agréable , au frais , pas mal de végétations autour et du coup d’ombre , très agréable vu les températures .
Emplacement idéal par contre il faut revoir la propreté des extérieurs de la piscine, sale , et pas entretenu de façon régulière , c’est collant , beaucoup de chats squattent du coup des poils aussi sur les coussins .

Très bel emplacement pour cet appartement, quelques pas de la plage (quel délice de pouvoir faire un plongeon aux aurores) et à 5 mn à pied du centre. Notre hôte a été accueillant et réactif - j'avais omis de dire qu'il me fallait une paire de draps supplémentaires, il nous les a fourni et c'était un dimanche -. Merci

Emplacement idéal , à 30 secondes de la belle plage. Appartement très correct, la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement, le balcon est bien grand avec vue sur la piscine tout en gardant notre intimité. L’accès direct sur le côté est réel plus.
