The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming flat for rent in Courseulles-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach.
It measures 48 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests.
Situated on the 2nd floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 24 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 24 m² living room with a sofa and TV - A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with shower and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan. Outdoors: - A 5 m² balcony with a table and two chairs to enjoy sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Activities: - Jumbo Beach, a 5-minute walk away - Sailing school, 5 minutes away - Visits to the D-Day beaches and the Caen Memorial. Transport: If you choose to come by car, private parking is available at the property (for a small car only). You can also park nearby in free car parks. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Caen railway station, 30 minutes away - Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet Airport, 30 minutes away. - Car recommended Other notes: - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). Surprise de constater que le logement correspond exactement aux photos. La déco, le "matériel" tout est ok. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.
La résidence est calme et offre un parking sécurisé
Il manque, à mon avis de quoi étendre le linge même si la machine à laver fait sèche linge.
