This spacious villa is suitable for 24 people and is only 300m from the North Sea. The holiday home is located in a quiet, residential area in the center of the lively seaside resort of De Panne. The accommodation has a spacious garden of no less than 1400 m2 and is completely fenced. The garden also has a cozy terrace. The accommodation is located not far from the main street with its many shops, restaurants and cafes. With the coastal tram you can reach other attractive and famous seaside resorts in no time!

Layout
This comfortable group accommodation is suitable for 20 to 24 people. The spacious living room has no less than 100 m2 and is tastefully furnished with teak furniture for 24 people (two teak tables and 24 leather chairs). The comfortable seating area has cozy chairs and a television. There is also a cozy recreation room with a table football game. The fully equipped kitchen has a large stove, a very solid oven, large refrigerator, freezer (on request), filter coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave. On the ground floor there is a toilet, and on the first floor you will find a bathroom with bath and massage shower, and a bathroom with bath and toilet. There is also a second floor where you will find a toilet and shower.
The house has seven bedrooms spread over the three floors. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with two single beds. The first floor has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and two bunk beds, and one with two single beds. The remaining bedrooms are on the second floor. One of these bedrooms has two single beds and two bunk beds, one bedroom has two single beds and two lower beds and the last bedroom has a double bed.
The spacious garden of no less than 1400m2 and equipped with an attractive south-facing terrace. The terrace has six tables with 24 teak chairs, six loungers with cushions and a large barbecue. You have parking for a total of four cars.

The minimum age of the main booker for this holiday home is 24 years.
During school holidays, this accommodation can only be booked for weeks from Friday to Friday.
This property cannot be booked by youth and youth groups.

NB! There is a hole in the hedge, so it is currently no longer completely fenced.

De Panne is a beautiful Belgian seaside resort with a beautiful wide white beach where you can sunbathe, swim, fish or practice beach sports. A tram runs along the entire coastline, taking you from seaside resort to seaside resort. Take lovely walks or bicycle rides through the dunes on one of the many marked routes. For a great day's shopping, head to historic Dunkirk in France or World Heritage city Bruges, rich in beautiful museums, monuments, city parks and impressive architecture. Take a long city walk or take a boat on the canals. In short: there is plenty to do here!
