This spacious villa is suitable for 12 people and is located just 300 meters from the North Sea. The holiday home is situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood in the center of the lively seaside resort of De Panne. The property features a spacious garden of no less than 1,400 m² and is fully fenced. The garden also features a cozy terrace. The accommodation is located not far from the main street with its many shops, restaurants, and cafes. With the coastal tram, you can reach other charming and well-known seaside resorts in no time!
This comfortable group accommodation is suitable for 12 people. The spacious living room measures no less than 100m² and is tastefully furnished with teak furniture. The comfortable seating area features cozy chairs and a television. Additionally, there is a pleasant recreation room with a foosball table. The fully equipped kitchen features a large stove, a high-quality oven, a large refrigerator, a freezer (on request), a filter coffee maker, a dishwasher, and a microwave. There is a toilet on the ground floor, and on the first floor you will find a bathroom with a bathtub and massage shower, and a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. There is also a second floor where you will find a toilet and a shower.
The house features seven bedrooms, distributed across the three floors. On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with two single beds. The first floor has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and two bunk beds, and one with two single beds. The remaining bedrooms are located on the second floor. One of these bedrooms has two single beds and two bunk beds, one bedroom has two single beds and two trundle beds, and the last bedroom has a double bed.
The spacious garden measures no less than 1,400 m² and features an atmospheric, south-facing terrace. The terrace is furnished with tables with teak chairs, six sun loungers with cushions, and a large barbecue. You have parking space for a total of four cars.
Particularities
• Sports clubs, student associations and youth groups (up to 25 years) are not allowed.
• The minimum age of the main booker for this holiday home is 24 years.
• During school holidays this accommodation can only be booked for weeks from Friday to Friday.
• This property cannot be booked by youth and young people groups.
• If you wish to use the freezer, please indicate this in advance.
• Please note: There is a gap in the hedge, so it is currently no longer fully enclosed.
• Energy consumption costs will be settled with the deposit after departure: Electricity: EUR 0.48 per unit, Gas: EUR 1.22 per unit, Water: EUR 10.30 per M3, Garbage bags: EUR 2 per piece

De Panne is a beautiful Belgian seaside resort with a beautiful wide white beach where you can sunbathe, swim, fish or practice beach sports. A tram runs along the entire coastline, taking you from seaside resort to seaside resort. Take lovely walks or bicycle rides through the dunes on one of the many marked routes. For a great day's shopping, head to historic Dunkirk in France or World Heritage city Bruges, rich in beautiful museums, monuments, city parks and impressive architecture. Take a long city walk or take a boat on the canals. In short: there is plenty to do here!

Wij hebben een super fijne week gehad met de hele familie op een fantastische locatie! De enige minpunten: het huis is wat verouderd en de schoonmaak kon beter maar de locatie en dat we kids mee hadden maakt alles goed!

Zeer fijne vakantie gehad met kinderen en kleinkinderen; de ruimte binnen en buiten lenen zich goed voor een dergelijke vakantie. Het huis is prima uitgerust, niet alles lijkt …nieuw maar met kleine kinderen is dit een voordeel.
