This charming 51 m² apartment in Laxou can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it comprises a 16 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 3 m² balcony to enjoy the warm weather
The apartment is ideally located in Laxou, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the building's parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Nancy 3 km (11 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Grand Nancy Tomblaine 6 km (20 min by car)
Other remarks :
- 3rd floor (no elevator)
- A travel cot is available at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our on-site service provider).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels included

pour un long sejour l'equipement en ustensiles de cuisine est un peu succinct. Il manque 1 tire bouchon 1 louche 1 faitout 1 couvercle. De plus 1 poele n'est pas prévue pour l'induction. A part ces détails le sejour s'est très bien passé.L'appartement est confortable et calme.
