Welcome to the "Domaine de Barvy" gîte, located on a wine estate in Beaujolais, less than 15 km from Villefranche-sur-Saône.
Ideally located amidst the vineyards, it offers a peaceful getaway between nature and wine discovery, just a stone's throw from the charming village of Odenas.

The gîte is housed in a detached house, on the same grounds as Dominique's villa, your host, who will welcome you with warmth and care. Access is completely separate, guaranteeing privacy and tranquility.
Part of the gîte was completely renovated in early 2025 to offer guests greater comfort.

Raised ground floor: The living room will charm you with its size, brightness, and cozy atmosphere, featuring a wood-pellet stove. It opens onto a large terrace with breathtaking views of the vineyards. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen area, a cozy lounge area with two sofas, and a dining area. A wine cellar has been integrated for wine lovers. It features three comfortable bedrooms: one with three single beds, one with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed (180 cm), and one with a double bed. A bathroom with two sinks, two enclosed showers, and two toilets is convenient for guests, as well as a bathroom (with shower and sink) renovated at the beginning of the year. There is also a separate toilet.
Electric heating in the bedrooms and a wood-pellet stove in the living room. Fiber optic internet is installed (teleworking is possible).

Outside, enjoy a private enclosed garden, a terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue.
For relaxing family time, there is a basketball hoop, ping-pong table, and a swing set on the large shared grounds.

Up to four additional guests can be accommodated on two sofa beds in the living room (€15/person/day supplement).
Tasting of the estate's wines is available. Bikers are welcome. One pet allowed per stay. Non-smoking cottage.
