## Space
Located in a quiet street in Vias Village, this warm and fully air-conditioned 80 m² single-storey house is ideal for a family holiday, combining comfort, space, and tranquility. The shops and amenities of Vias Village are within walking distance, while the beaches are about 2.5 km away, easily reachable by bus or via free parking in Vias Plage.
The house features a spacious, air-conditioned living area with a sofa bed, a convivial dining table, and a TV, perfect for spending time together with family or friends.
The separate, fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook just like at home and includes a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, classic filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, and all the necessary kitchen utensils.
The sleeping area offers two large bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (140 × 200 cm), a wardrobe, and mosquito nets, ensuring comfortable and peaceful nights.
👉 All beds are provided with duvets and pillows for your comfort.
The bathroom is well equipped with a shower, a double washbasin, and a hairdryer. The toilets are separate, adding extra convenience.
Outside, you will enjoy a fully fenced and shaded plot, offering privacy and security. The large south-facing terrace, furnished with outdoor seating and sun loungers, is perfect for outdoor meals and relaxing moments. A cooler shaded area on the north side is also available, ideal during hot summer days. A Weber charcoal barbecue is at your disposal for convivial evenings.
Parking is a real advantage: up to two vehicles can be parked directly on the property, on the private driveway.
👉 Pets are welcome in this property, subject to a €40 surcharge per stay and per animal.
👉 Upon arrival, the RIBOLEYS concierge service provides a welcome kit, including kitchen towels and microfiber cloths, a new sponge, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, and a bath mat, so you can settle in comfortably from the very first moments.

By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde airport is the best way to get to Vias by plane. This airfield is 5 kilometers from Vias town center.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault region.

During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of 300 € will be requested upon your arrival.
Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels.
You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay.
A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an optional service for €10 per stay, ideal for traveling light with a young child.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 84 € TTC.
